I’m Andy Portsmouth, the local agent for this beautiful and freshly-renovated two-bedroom stone house with stunning views over the river Vienne, in the lovely small and scenic town of L’Isle Jourdain.
Set back from the street, with an easy public parking area out the front, there are fabulous views from the living room and master bedroom.
The house is bright, clean, and spacious. The living room is open to a bright dining area (31m2 in total), connecting to the modern fitted-kitchen/diner (17m2), which opens to the courtyard. This is a very safe, healthy and relaxing place to be, and you're surrounded by the beautiful countryside of the Vienne river valley. This is a great way to own a renovated stone house with low maintenance in a lovely small town in a beautiful part of France.
