I have a queston , when the acknowledge get lost (in the sequence number of the data) and the receiver resend the package , what happend with the receiver? Becouse the receiver only send ack when recives and uses the data in the package , what happend with the data of package that was already use?

Ack should be sequence as well asa data. When we send data0 then Ack should also be ack0. How could it 1
