Awesome video! Could you make a video on adapting the high guard for MMA? It’s generally said that the Shell won’t work in MMA but I’ve noticed several fighters, most notably Petr Yan, use a defense resembling a high guard successfully in MMA but it looks like they do it a little different than in kickboxing and I was wondering what your thoughts on it are considering you’re an expert at the high guard defense.
You need to have good defence work on your defence parry slips counters also make sure you are not fighting a bigger opponent who is not in your weight class
