@@hayleyb467 ow so you do party dance not performing dance?? Hahahha cuz party dance you just go with the beat.. you dont need instruction you dont need audience.. but if you dance to perform that what you need to face forward. Look at the audience and judges if its comepition.
I am even worst then this... i close my eyes so i wont see who looks at me....... i am really shy ( getting sort of better) but yeah if i dance and i notice poeple looking, i completly freeze up.
