I agree to pay the full amount of my debt to the collection agency from not paying my capital one credit card debt in return of paid for delete agreement! So is going to stay on my credit report for 7 years anyways? do you think if i reach capital one after paying the collection agency it could be remove completly?
@LifeWithMC when i was on the phone with them they agree to delete after the full amount was paid, am still paying the debt every month in payment plans! Every month they send me a letter in writting of the balance and remaining amount due under the payment plan and it saids my acount will be considered "paid in full" after the final payment! But there is nothing on the letters that saids "paid for delete" They did agree to paid for delete on the phone but i didnt record the phone call. What should i do?
Since you are actively in a payment plan with them see if you can just contact with them and tell them to send something in writing that states once paid the account will be removed. What company is it?
