You need to understand That Ghanaians are not so eager to make that money we relax and do our things. Just like in Europe you can not call anyone to come and sell to you if the shop is about to close or closed. In Ghana nobody is going to run to serve you bcox of you 100 or 50 cedis.
A white guy once said, Nigeria bribe is better than Ghana bribe. In Nigeria, you just have to pay your bribe and boom, you're gone. In Ghana they'll take the bribe but they'll toss you up and down till you're tired.
