And some of the time because of this habit of yours, you do actually even lost your self-respect. Too much is always bad in any situations. If you find someone important then always try to do something for him in favor without loosing your dignity. So, it's important to set healthy boundaries and don't give too much power to them. * Let other people be responsible for their emotions.
