In legal circles they say justice delayed is justice denied. Since last two and a half years government is running. Judgement in the matter after the declaration of elections will defeat the purpose. It is time now for judiciary to ponder over the issue of delay. They must set some time limits for deciding the matter.

The entire issue is focused on "leader of the political party vis a vis the leader of the legislative party" Sibbal Sir & Manu Singhvi made it crystal clear who is empowered to issue whip.Even EC seeks from candidate contesting elections the authorisation (FORM B) from "duly signed from LEADER OF POLITICAL PARTY"while allowing him to contest the elections. THIS MAKES VERY CLEAR THAT LEADER OF THE POLITICAL PARTY CAN ONLY AUTHORISE WHIP BY DELEGATION OF POWER " If the prosecutor doesn't understand " HE IS WASTING THE VALUABLE TIME OF CJI" HE MUST BE PUNISHED - DISMISSED & IMPOSED WITH HEAVY PENALTIES "

@judithalva8209 Doesn't matter which political party insists on or not; the important thing is if the highest court of the country caves in, then we and our representative democracies have no future. It's neither vibrant nor people's choice. The issue is this. Unseemly response of the judiciary failed our democracy. It has all the power under the constitution to fix every issue from being unconstitutional.

@@TrueIndian-zb6to it is the product design..EVM battery is passive for EVM functionality , and otherwise it cannot be operated in high temperature conditions coupled by low availability of power in Indian conditions. Since 2004 they are used on same mechanism. Even APPLE phone battery If you restricts to simple display shows the same consumption pattern even though battery is active state. Nothing unusual.

@narasimhamvakkalanka Facile assumptions. Manipulations are always done strategically in all spheres. Benifits derived on agreegate effect is the heart of the matter. Optimatility is always fixed on the aggregate results by the manipulator to its favour. This is the simple answer to your question. To take it into perspective, Haryana is a key state. Why ? Because it has supposedly the potential to influence the ensuing elections for either. There are other things in manipulation principles. Like one competitive manufacturers adopt in marketing their wares and products to the people. Here, too, the target is total effect. There is another principle in manipulation this is ABSURDITY PRINCIPLE . Every manipulator remains cautious and wary of it.
