It this taxes is applied then this casino like business will vanish in few months. BUT govt shouldn't tax people who buy their first ever property or selling inherited property.

Truth spoken! Served as Deputy Director in Gopb Housing department. Issued 10+ NOc's to different HS. They took approval of 10 acre but sell 20 to 30 acre till we took them undernotice for malafide, developer already had too much links with elites that we cant even touch them. P.s: One of my mistake was kingdom Valley which you guys can see as a primiary sponsor of Pcb.

Invested in DHA Valley Oversea project ISB, its more than 15yrs and still havent got the plot. They reallocated the plot in another area and still have to pay dues. They fired all old staff and new people dont have any clue. if you call on helpline, they dont bother to pick it. If you raise a complain its answered in 5-6weeks. After watching this podcast, can relate to it.

Missed out one fact, first lot of corrupt investors get most of the investments and profits returned after launching first batch of files! And the same dealers then ramp up the profit / on over those same files which were launched in a limited quantity. The same dealers then float the files down to simple common men who just are told that even after first launching there’s profit on it, and they buy it hence. And after that the whole project flops and work comes at a halt, dealers vanish/ tell you to wait for more profit. And the developer runs the same scheme again for PHASE 2 of the same project. And the process sadly goes on.

I believe researching and highlighting these scams, along with exposing the corrupt practices of entities like the Higher Education Commission (HEC) and associated mafias, would be incredibly valuable. A series dedicated to these large-scale scams could help shed light on these issues and contribute to the correction of such practices in our society.
