What you said about highs and lows during each year is completely true. For years, I’ve bought bonds in April and sold in November. In 2021 I had record profits of 9b buying over 1000 bonds in April and holding until November. Fun to see someone else analyzing things the same way I do.

I think this is a great strategy to beat RS3 inflation, but I'm constantly using my money when I play (never have a lot of spare cash). Predicting when I'll be taking my "next break" is often harder than predicting when to buy and sell the bonds, lol. You can't takesie-backsie on this strategy unless it's those particular months. Most other months you end up loosing the 10% (or more if you didn't buy low), which is to say those funds are locked up for at least ~8 months, 20 months, etc. And I just never know if I'm gonna be on a "break" for exactly that amount of time

It's interesting that Jagex called them Bonds when they have this artificial "maturity date" that makes them feel like real government bonds, lol

this data is not representable within the given scope. last year was an exception with gph and GSH getting released around the same time. and now that "golden premier" can be bought all year long. you probably don't want to look at data b4 GPH or GSH the marked has changed too much. it's more about the promo's/yack track now. the question is what impact had promos on the price of bonds over the last year? compile that data and you will see a more accurate conclusion. prediction: it's basically the same outcome but you will see that the buy and sell windows are different.
