Stevan you must interview Master Co , he will give the most precise answers to most of questions that sadhguru wasn't able to.

Steven it is sad to see this so called f...k guru misleading and leading people to "nihilism" I beleive what he said is false and fraud . There are tones of evidence that can dismantled , what he is preaching. In one way he said mental illness gets to at a pandemic stage. I wonder why? He is saying, life has no purpose that can lead especially the young generation to depression, hoplessness etc. I also don't think you challenged him with your questions and also you should bring a guest who oppose his idea, if you really work for the public good. Ask yourself is your life has no meaning and purpose? If so why are you doing what you are doing? What about Sadghuru? if life has no meaming why is he accumulating what he has by preaching most of his fake ideas and use vulnerbale people to accumulate material wealth? I agree. It was so uncomfortable to listen to this talk. I felt embarrassed for Steven every time the guy would say “Hey,Hello!” as in “listen to me you young fool”…very arrogant. I did take in some valuable truths, no doubt, but a lot of things he actually doesn’t answer, talks in riddles, ughh…specially the questions that would make him a “common person” like “do you get sad?” and the guy is visibly uncomfortable to answer it. Of course he does, everybody does, no matter how enlightened you are… Geez.

Same! I listened to the whole episode but it was def one of my least fav episodes because of what you said. Didnt let Steven finish a thought oftentimes, talks in riddles and doesnt answer the questions, asks Steven a question and answers it for him. Frustrating to listen to at times. Every definition or perception Steven had of something was wrong to the degree that i felt it just was some retoric tactic to just disagree with Steven aswell.

This insatiable search for meaning is why we have religion, which has done more harm the good in the world. We have one shot, we are here then gone. Beyond any circumstance we are in we have the power to change our attitude, spread some love each day, make life better for others in the world for those who have less,l, give more than you take. This is true spiritually.

Lovely guy. Many wise words. To suggest that our environment and externally caused experiences have no effect on us seems to suggest 'blame of the victim' for lack of recovery from horror. For those of us who find it hard to rise above environmental events beyond our control, I think that we all l might need support from those more powerful than us? Lovely to think that children in Gaza and Israel can 'rise above' their feelings of fear and turn to internal sources of nourishement. Wonderful to imagine that rape victims and survivors of sexual abuse as children can use their 'minds' to solve their trauma. I'm sure that this can sometimes be the case. I believe that we are a community who will not recover well without mutual support, equality of value and care. With much respect to all those who have benefited from Sadguru.

I think the main purpose is to gain enlightenment, once you become enlightened you will naturally become a light worker and will have true meaning and purpose suited to your character and natural gifts, peace xx

Hmmm. The meaning and the answer to life is 42. Everyone has their own path to what works for them and what the answer is. I don't think there are right or wrong answers to this question whatever you have to say to me or anyone what the meaning is to you I agree since there is not one truth. To me though I find it impossible to find a better answer than 42. If you have another answer and that works for you I'm really happy for you since I have no desire for you to use my answer nor deprive you of an answer that helps you. That does not make sense to you. If you are still searching however and feel other answers are not working for you I would ask you to consider 42. Your happiness makes me happier anyone's unhappiness is more likely to make me unhappy at some point( directly or indirectly). Both happiness and unhappiness are infectious. Please make people happy if you can it really does not cost you anything in most scenarios. If not for yourself do it for 42

@@jwaterlotsof1260 I'm very old, and what doesn't make sense is listening to BS on the Internet. I switched it off last night and my night was better. I've found out something, less Internet, the better I feel. Rather than listening to people with white beards trying to confuse and influence me!
