What pistons did you use? The stock pistons are shyte. Valves always hit them

The size of the pistons is standard, but we changed the cylinder bushing. This one has low compression and is used for the turbo project

@@enigma_motorsport okay. So I shouldn't use the Mazda ZM pistons? I am trying to do an engine rebuild after a catastrophic engine failure. Not trying to modify performance but I would like as many new parts as possible without breaking the bank. Thank you in advance for any information you can provide me. With.

Alright, from all your previous answers, I am at a loss. Please, could you answer my two questions. 1. Can I use the Mazda ZM piston in a stock TU5JP4 engine with no modifications? Yes or No? 2. Do you know of a replacement conrod that can be used in a stock TU5JP4 engine? All I can find are forged conrods. This is a simple daily driver car for my wife that I am trying to repair without breaking the bank. There are no plans for a turbo application. Thank you.

No you can not use zm piston whiteout modification.forged piston are expensive.you can use nfu piston
