Stop MPRP - Route 83 to Freeland Farms 

Drone footage following one of the proposed routes for the MPRP Project through Carroll County.
This video covers part of the proposed route that runs from I-83, West to Freeland Farms.
I set my flight path as closely as I could to the actual proposed path, but it may be a little off. Not by much.
All appropriate safety precautions were taken during these flights.
