Prayer and hard work.. no matter your budget. I started with 2 clients I how have 40 🎉 based on word and referrals. I am mobile and have my own garden base private tranquility Spa in the grounds of my garden. Clients are blown away when they see it.. Thank you for the tips . We all have to start somewhere.
As a male therapist, I wouldn't start a store front, only a mobile spa I do on the side. If you live in a fast pace area that provides the demographic for retention it would be beneficial. I just made 10 years as a licensed therapist in November 2021.

Hi, I got a space In hospital environment is three-story building I’ve done a lot of marketing, for two months I’ve not been able to get more than two clients, to come, not complaining about the stairs I’m at the second-story building it’s a whole lot of stairs so what do I do? I don’t have money to start up to get another place.
Hey, my advice would be look for an already established massage place, whether it's a spa like kingspa etc.. or a franchised business like massage envy etc.. something like that where you'll gather clientele from walk-ins which will turn in to eventual regulars and from there once u feel the time is right, you can make the leap to working on your own
