Some times I practice kinda like this, mostly I do DL, Pull, High Pull, Snatch. Stays difficult I think, but I guess patience is what I need :-) Thanks for the video! Love them!

Just scanned through and didn't watch everyone movement, but of the ones I saw I see the athletes eyes up... neither were instructed to look down

I have an issues with coming up on my toes right before I get to the hip crease with the bar. Any tips?

Hi Micah - Is coming up on to your toes as you approach the hip crease making you drive the bar forward away from you? Or, are you still able to drive the bar up by pushing down through your foot?... It is really a balance.. weight shifting toward the front of the foot as you approach the hip crease is ok if you're able to still drive through the foot to generate force for the bar to go up. Working drills off blocks can help with patience into the hip, as well as complexes such as a pull + lift... But, just keep in mind there is no perfect, over time with training you can become even more patient in the process, and try to see the balance between it all. Hope it helps.
