Here were some things I see wrong: ❌ He was quick to accuse her of hiding things in her pockets ❌ He did not state his name or collar number ❌ Most of all, he didn't even tell her that she was detained for the purpose of a search!
The cop is wrong. He didn’t identify himself. His whole attitude was wrong. He probably would have got more cooperation and information if he had asked questions AND LISTENED. He SHOULD have given a report of the search with his id on it.
Did he actually saw her put drugs in her pocket? No. He just assumed and overreacted. It would have been better if he called a female officer to do the search.
What was bad. 1. Police man starting ..with Whoa Whoa Whoa .. what have you got .. No identification.. no reason .. 2. putting things in your pocket is not a crime . 3. Telling her to stand up , like she has to do it . 4 . Starting to search her as your telling her ,, you're gonna get searched . 5. No mention of which act she's being searches under . 6. No mention of being detained , or under what law . 7.saying things like " it's just the way it is ..alright? " 8. Causing distress and harassment. 9, telling her to comply and watch the attitude , for doing nothing , implying that she is lying 10. Having a bad attitude 11..jeez loads of Stuff ... What was Good ... 1.......
This looks like every police search iv seen that was authentic. the only ones i see where the police do everything generally correctly are when they know they are dealing with an auditor, even then they struggle
This in my opinion was wrong in so many ways A: Never identified himself as a Law Enforcement Officer B: Never asked her who she was or to her to Identify herself, C: Searched her without asking for a female officer to assist. He also never radioed dispatch of his location or status: Show me out with a female at (parks name) near (location) out with a section 29.
after resent advents a lone male police officer should not be touching a female he should ask for a female to search her you also should have given your police number and name and what station you are based

This is terrible. Discussion first. Need to GO WISLY. Explain your response suspicion . You don’t have to compile with anyone. Have search records available immediately. People attitude should matter, your the professional, ignore the remarks and do your job correctly.
