Well, there are a few points that usually people don’t raise- first, regardless how you start sleeping, during the sleep time you change your position. So what can we do for that? You cannot stay in one position in the entire sleeping Second, people like me who sleep on stomach, really feel more comfortable and more relaxed compared to other positions- I understand what this video is trying to say, but assume that you are tired and want to sleep, but in any other position you don’t feel comfortable to get sleep So what would be the solution please?
