Stop Smoking Rant 

I get a bit carried away o this rant al talk about stop smoking techiniques and how I stopped smoking - but still smoke the occasional cigar. I would love or you all to be able to do what I did but not everyone likes cigars or can get over addictions this way. Please share this with anyone trying to stop smoking!
