i recently found this channel through random suggestion ....my immediate reaction was hell !!!!! this channel and you keeping my things on track...i recently turn 20 ...and i'm a NEET ASPIRANT because of this i was struggling with depression and i feel very low these days so thought i have to restart my routine and started my selfcare by including yoga ,meditation thankfully this works and you help me a lot by giving me a vision of my bright future and thought me a valuable things...i hope that this channel grew up by helping the people like me and thank you for existing ❤
If you are 20 and still a neet aspirant then you might be a failure in academics cus mostly students crack jee on neet in 1 or 2 attempts So dont waste your time on social media this year and crack neet and go to aiims delhi You might think who am I to tell all these to you Well i am doing b teck from NIT Surathkal and I myself cracked JEE in first attempt If you dont crack NEET this year then you might not be cut out for the exam Try doing something else Dont take another drop please it will ruin your life And if you hate me for telling you the harsh reality so be it Mera kya ja raha hai mai toh agle saal degree bhi le lunga Agar NEET nhi hua toh nuksaan tera hoga mera nhi Acept the reality and move forward

About myself & then ppl crossing limits , giving opinions and me regretting ; literally it's better to keep ur mouth shut and mind ur own bizness let ppl judge you like crazy , at least you have ur peace of mind.

Same here😂 But my elder sister is a person who overshares everything(her family problems & each & everything) with everyone and I’m like🤦♀️ You shouldn’t do that! Not everyone needs to know everything about you. Because her in-laws have used information she told them against her & causes problems to her still she’s like this. But she’s improving now
I am the kind of person who likes to tell everybody about everything I go through, where I was last night or who are my good friend is,who are not,what is my mental state at the time of speaking and how was it in the past day,you name t and everyone one will know about it, this is a kind of video I needed and a reminded that not everybody wants to know my life,I always feel like telling people everything is so much easier than keeping things private or secret, it is just so much effort to all of this and I feel like keeping things light, but ig now is the time I start making an effort. This is a very interesting video. You're a good speaker Adete. You really kept me engaged throughout the video. Can you make a video about what things we should keep private from our parents, especially as a female. Coming from a controlling family, I'm struggling to get out of it, but subconsciously find myself "reporting" my life to them even though I'm away from home. People around me have different things they are hiding, which do and don't impress me. I need a rational viewpoint for it.

idk if thus happens to me but Adete dee I always get confused in one thing. i sometimes think like a 20s, 30s person but after a while i feel like I should do some bakch0di maja and all with friends (typical jese teenage ladke karte hai) fir essa feel hota hai ki rehn do. isme kya hai. rehn dete hai. normally bhi kaam jo sakta hai. sometimes i feel like doing everything calmly and quietly not zyada masti majak with friends. can you share you opinion and suggestions for me? btw I'm just 17 years old.

Awesome content. I love the topics that you choose. But just a small request. Can you please work on the pauses when you talk? It becomes extremely difficult to understand the entire sentence if there are too many pauses and in places where it is not required. I had to stop and replay the video in many places to understand what you are saying
