I went to see my Aesthetician, she told me I needed a surgery for my turkey neck there was no other option, I am going back to show them this video and my turkey neck is almost gone I have been doing this technique for about 3 months daily except for weekends. Thank you so much for saving me a lot money and getting my neck firm IT WORKS!!!!
Thank you. How old are you? I am in my late 70's and was told also that only surgery would help my turkey neck. Its hard to believe these type of techniques actually are effective.
I watched an interview of a woman trying this method. She said we should not touch the middle part of the neck is that true. I didnt see her say this here
She's only in her 40's and still has her hormones. When you go into menopause your skin starts to sag because you no longer make them like you did. I want to see someone do this starting with saggy skin and the after in real time.
I started doing this two weeks ago and didn't really expect much; I'm surprised and delighted that I can see and feel a real difference! Thank you for sharing this - as a massage therapist and gentle-touch bodyworker, I can vouch for the claims and all I had to spend was a few bucks for a set of 6 small spa towels just as a treat. Hooray for you!
@@dr.aysel-facemassage1539 This expresses that you believe in Yeshua the Messiah Jesus:Lord Jesus, In my heart I have admitted I'm a sinner. Therefore, I do not trust in my own works to go to heaven because I realize, being a sinner, I cannot offer the perfect blood sacrifice that you require to pay for sin. Instead, I fully trust, believing in my heart, that your finished work on the cross, your one perfect blood sacrifice; when you bled, suffered and died, in my place, paid for my sins in full, past, present and future ! And I believe that you rose from the dead and that you are God Almighty, God the Son, alive for evermore !!! Ladies, this method actually works! never tried it myself, but about 30 years ago I had a colleague who was about 45 at that time. Age had started to show on her face and neck ( flabbiness and all that skin sagging). Once she came back to work after her 3 week summer holiday and WOW! She looked fantastic. And her secret was this exact wt towel practice! At that time I didn"t need it, but now.... Thank you for reminding me ! Will start today!!! Subscribed!
Excuse me, do you remember if your friend did this also to her face? I'm wondering if these brisk, gentle, upward motions would also work to tighten the skin on the face. 🤔
😂 Me too! I now go into the bathroom carrying a tub of salt, a spoon and a tea-towel! Eventually I’ll be spending all day attempting to make myself beautiful!
I've been doing this method for 2 weeks now , and i can see such an improvement in my jawline definition , it's so amazing ! And such a boost to my confidence , i thank you so much ❤😊
I did this about an hour ago. My face & jaw feels amazing. So relaxed. My neck skin feels so soft & nourished. I am 60. Really want to treat myself and do this everyday! Thank you Aysel🌺❤
I have been doing this for only about 3 days alongside a new cream I got for neck firming and WOW, I kid you not, my neck is so rejuvinated already! I stopped using the salt as I found it irritating to my skin and I really think it works great without it. The loose skin I had has drastically decreased already, not to mention my neck looks so much more hydrated and wrinkles improving already. I was skeptical but now am a believer!
@ sheridansplace1607, After reading your comment I used my hand and did my left side for 20 seconds and it works really well! That means I can sit here and do it whenever I want and whenever I think about it. It seems to make the neck muscles tighten. Meaning it’s a stressor on the neck muscles causing them to exercise. Interesting. I taped comfortably and my fingers were form fitting to my contours. I’m so glad that I saw your comment!!!!! 😄💪❤️
THANK YOU!!! I am going to do this. Was just looking at my turkey neck this morning and said to myself “well it’s appropriate for Thanksgiving I guess”. But I’m going to start today to get rid of this turkey!!! 😂. Thank you. You are beautiful!
I waited for 2 weeks using this technique before I made my comment. I have seen a difference. I don’t know how it’s helped, but it has. I’ve lost over 30lbs, and my neck was like a turkey’s. It is now much tighter, and a bit more defined. I think I will continue to use this method, with hopes that it will improve more over time. Thank you for sharing this.
How often are you supposed to do this? I know it says about 5 minutes each session but should you do it once a week, once a month, any suggested occurrence?
I’m going to try this exercise out as I have some sagging in my neck, too (I’m soon to be 63) but for those of you in this post who want smooth skin tone with few wrinkles, I recommend eating pumpkin every day. I make a pumpkin ‘custard’ similar to pie filling with less sugar and eat about 3/4 of a cup a day, every day. That and other fibrous vegetables like green beans, broccoli, sweet potatoes, and celery will give you smooth, glowing skin. I have very few wrinkles. Diet is critical for healthy, smooth skin.
My mother used the top of her fingers to give herself a rapid finger patting, drumming motion while watching TV in the evening. She had not one bit of laxity in her chin or neck. She got the idea from a book written in 1904 about "Zonery - Egyptian beauty secrets". There was also a fingernail / hair exercise that worked.
I started this today 6th January 2024 despite seeing and saving it months ago. I managed two sessions of three mins each. I’ve been so down about my neckline but at 66 I thought I’d just have to suck it up and wear a scarf or a polo neck. Anyway after just these two attempts my neck and jawline feels softer and smoother and yes it’s red and stinging but in a good way. I’m definitely going to keep at this exercise ❤
You go girl.... Well my neck doesn't get red...am a melinated woman, not light skinned. I don't use a wet towel though; I just oil the area and use a heavy towel . I do 5 sets of 20 in each area, with a few seconds rest in between 💕👍🏾😊. You cld add 'kissing the ceiling' too
Ok girls so... at first, I was a bit doubtful about this exercise and how efficient it was. So I decided to try by myself. I've been doing this... well... "neck slapping" for almost one month now, only making some adjustments (I don't always pour salt in the warm water, and don't put any moisturizer before, only after the exercise), and during 3 looooong minutes (with pauses because it really sores my arms muscles). I begin to notice a small change in my jawline, that is : it is more defined. I must say that I also pay real attention to my eating (avoid sugar as often as possible) and lost some weight on the way. Last but not least : I do face yoga everyday. My face has become slimmer, I feel it more firm. I'm starting to feel a bit more confident about my face shape, all in all. I will keep on practising slapping until I'm totally satisfied with myself. I do hope that "slow and steady will win the race, eventually" !
My grandmother used to do same thing with a bit wet thin cotton towel all her life and she always looked 10 years younger till she died. Together with other exercises, taking care of posture (trying to raise mobile to your nose, putting monitor higher and so on), exercising and with right cosmetics it works just have patience to wait for results..
Many years ago I met a young Japanese woman with the creamiest most beautiful skin, it glowed so healthy. She told me to wait until I met her mother....I did later that night and her skin was just as radiant and youthful as her daughters, if not more so. I had to ask their secret....they wash every day with a granular scrub, rinse, then gently slap their entire face in circular patterns for 10 to 15 minutes per day. I tried it, lasted about 4 days then started forgetting so my face grew old, wrinkled and weathered. 😎
We are easily amused and easily distracted in the West. It is said that if you do something for 30 days it becomes a habit, but I can't remember to do things that long😂
@@sissylilI use a pair of scrub mats and soap x 1 time a day, keeps dead skin off and reduces signs of liver spot or sun spots, but depends on your skin sensitivity. Then gentle toner and niels yard frankincense hydrating face cream applied twice a day.
@@sissylilIf you are in the U.S., then Need Crystals are easy to get. It's basically microdermabrasion sand, but not too expensive. I live in Europe and ordered through their Ebay account.
I am over 60 and I have just started seeing this loose skin under my neck and I will definitely start this practice. You are the best! Your skin is the proof of the pudding. Beautiful! Thanks so much!🌺
Brilliant. Now you make me understand why people sometimes talk about 'percussive' skin care devices. They're using an electronic tool to do what you're doing with a simple household towel! Will start tonight.
Very good. I use to get laser. Which was exactly that. They heated up my neck with a wand for a few seconds it stimulate the collagen. It worked very well but they charge into thousands for a few treatments less than 5 minutes. When i saw what you were doing its exactly that heating up the skin to create collagen stimulation
I can’t wait to try this! Your face, neck, and complexion is gorgeous. I’ve been putting oil on my neck and then massaging upwards and feel all kinds of nodules that get worked out. I’m gonna add this routine too.
Your face and skin/complexion are GORGEOUS!! I turned 60 this year and am starting to see alittle loose skin on my neck and my jowls look puffy sometimes!! Definitely adding this to my skincare routine, thank you so much for sharing and Happy Holidays!!❤🥰🙏
❤ thank you so much I've tried this and it really works I can feel the circulation in my face and neck again thank you so much for sharing this with us you are truly beautiful❤❤
Love your channel. Thank you, lovely lady ❤❤❤ i saw this technique on the Honest Channel and they credited you, that's how I found you, and I'm so glad I did!
Oh My goodness, I’m embarrassed to say my forearms wore out lol…but I’m going to keep trying. What a beautiful lady, and I love her hands too- thank you
Me too and I'm in super good shape. I left weights 5 days a week and I'm also a long time professional photographer who holds heavy gear. But something about this action made my forearms cramp up so bad I couldn't keep going. I don't understand how everybody is doing it without a problem. I might have my husband try it on me
I have been doing this since I was in my thirties,I got lazy doing this as often as usual and busy with family, then ill.I still do it as much as posible ,am now in my seventies,AND IT WORKS....,I have a better neck and jaw than most women my age.So ladies......do it.
I will try this method today! I have a ugly sagging neck that pools into deep wrinkles under my chin, ugh! Will take a before and after photo 4 weeks out. Thanks for sharing!
Thank you so much for your simple and lovely demonstration what I so appreciate is that you’re not immediately asking people to subscribe and promoting some product or something expensive. It just seems you are of service and enjoy doing it. Thank you so much I’m gonna get my sea salt today.
This is first time trying...feels good after...refreshed and toned. I actually ended up doing my face ,jaw to cheek area after...i thought why not, it should work there too.thanks
I have incorporated this into my daily routine, started last Monday, so too soon to tell. I have deep nasolabial lines and a double chin. I agree with Katya, ..so down about my neckline... Working for a positive result with this effort!
1-3 minutes? I can do that! Since COVID my weight has fluctuated like never before. I’m not prone to wrinkles but my skin has always been thin with very visible veins. COOL❣️ and thanks for the scientific explanation. I appreciate simple solutions- they are the best. Thank you malady-
@@bettycastillocampos5122. The towel should be 100 percent cotton or linen, soaked in the mixture she showed. The mixture is: warm water, 3 tbsp. Sea salt or any type of salt.. place the towel in this mixture. Wring out any excess water then apply to neck.
Ladies! So here is why sagging needs to be addressed: it is not as much of the elasticity that’s the problem as it is the clogged lymph vessels and nodes. Explore under your chin and use your thumbs to feel the bumps and lumps. Those are the glands. I do a nice lymphatic massage when I do my skincare and it brings the fluid out of my face. You do not need hormones for this, women of all ages can do this. It’s good for your mental health too. ❤❤❤
Sadly I've had thin skin my entire life😩 I'm worried about what I'll look like in next few years as I'll be 38 in May... Atleast this "anti-aging skincare" process looks fun 🤣🤣 my toddler son and husband both laughing at me when I tried this neck towel thing last night 🤣 my son even wanted me to do it on his neck, it turned into a hilarious core memory. So thank you for the idea.🙌❤️
The most important thing in life is not how you look, but that you have a loving husband and a healthy son. For me any woman is beautiful and young when she is happy🌱❤
Vital Proteins collagen supplement powder may possibly be your best friend. Also, if your skin is to stretchy and you have hypermobile joints, you should research Ehlers Danlos Syndrome. Your comment stood out to me because you’re a bit to young to worry about this yet but with your thin skin, it’s good to make sure you don’t have anything underlying that could cause you to age faster. Regardless, collagen proteins should help with your skin’s texture. I’m 48 with both EDS and Sjögren’s syndrome (dries out everything) and Vital Proteins have made a huge difference!
I remember seeing this technique yearssss ago. I’m def going to incorporate that in my routine! Always looking for preventative care. New subscriber now! Thank you. ❤️
@@Author_Alyssa_Taylor I ended up not starting as I had to help with my 104 y.o. grandmother and was slightly overwhelmed. Completely forgotten alllll about it. Gonna start now. 🤞🏽
HRT made my hair super thin and 5 years later, I'm getting PRP injections to help. Your vidoes have been a life-changer for me - thank you from the bottom of my heart!
I didn’t know that was a side effect. I just turned 52 and was considering going on HRT. I have heard it’s the fountain of youth. Im already losing some hair on the hairline. Are there any other cons to HRT? Did it help you maintain a youthful look overall (face) aside from the hair loss?
My hair thinned right out too. I take Saw Palmetto which definitely slows down the hair fall. I wouldn’t take HRT because I read that there is a cancer risk.
@@duchessdelarue5983 Only use bio identical hormone replacement. It’s administered in a small pellet that is placed subcutaneously between the hip and buttock. I have been doing this since July, 2015 and will continue.
you mean that menopause made your hair thin, isn't it??? 'cause menopause thins the skin, bones and hair. HRT is not as strong as our own estrogens, but if anything should help a little not hinder those post-menopausal changes
Oh WOW I would never have thought of this! Ive seen it but didnt really think of it! I thought it would be just another sales tactic where she would say what products she has used! but gurl this is dam good gonna try it today! Love your no nonsense content!
This is nice to know . I had a friend that used to use her hands the back of her hand to flap. Her chin so I will be using both methods, and will also add the solution. Thanks For sharing .
Girl- this technique it’s to maintain the youthfulness of the skin and not change it. What you have done it’s hyaluronic acid fillers not just in your neck but overall your face which I have no issue with it but you can’t trick people into these techniques and specifically when the skin has already lost the tissues which needs to be replaced by one of the fillers or mentioned. Threads can fix that issue as well.
We used to do this with the back of our fingers under the chin area, at yoga class. I'm 72 and while out with my, recently deceased, 54 yr old son, many thought he was my husband.
Aysel, thank you for this and your other videos. I am grateful to have found you on YT. What massage can be done on the back of the neck? Please show us. Thank you.
Do I need to rinse the salt water off of my neck area after technique? Any explanation of why salted water versus unsalted makes a difference? I'm just the curious type and I really want to know why salt makes the difference. Thanks 😊
Salty water is hyperosmolar, helps drain inflammation/edema away. As example, Epsom salt baths are antiinfIammatory for joints). am planning to use Epsom salt on the towel, just discovered this clip today and I have a bad case of double chin. (I work in medical field)
I bought a vintage beauty book by Joe Bonomo, he had a similar technique in his book. It only consisted of tapping the back of your fingers to the same area. It's awesome to see that it works, I'll go back to tapping and see if there's an improvement.
