Great! I do ChinChin in commercial quantities. I don't use milk or egg but when you eat it, you think there is milk in it. All I do is to use the best quality of the ingredients, measurement accordingly. Very soft, crunchy, yummy and tasty. To God be all the glory.

Give your chinchin enough time to fry, fry in batches, don't crowd your oil, or add too much at a time. This will allow your chin chin to fry properly and prevent it from absorbing excess oil
