Yes, just like cars and anything else that is financed.
Sheds are typically on rent-to-own terms and if they fail to make their rental payments we pick them up.
My wish is not for anyone to get anything repossessed but rather for everyone to make great decisions and prosper.
I understand people fall on hard times and that sucks but it all comes down to responsibly, if you can't pay you can always voluntarily return it.

I have been a Collision Technician for 37 years! I specialize in frame and structural repairs. I can fix any Vehicle in any condition!! I now want to deliver and repossess sheds!! I drove a wrecker and flatbed for ten years when I was younger and did some Vehicle repo!! I'm 2 old for underwater welding but this trade is amazing 👏 What a great job you have!! I never knew this was a thing until tonight. The technology is amazing and anything hydraulic is so dope!! You're a lucky man!! I live in Connecticut so this isn't a thing but man I admire your skills!! God bless

Best thing for sunburn is a vinegar-soaked rag and leave it on. It cools it down, really helps the pain and healing, even days later.

I knocked a coffee pot over on me when i was kid, I remember my Mom putting a rag soaked with vinegar on me to stop the burn.

Great work as Usual Josh, i've yet to see a challenge you can't overcome. Wish more folks had your work Ethics and Ability. and after 16 yrs living in southern fl. I can tell ya wipe yourself down with white Vinegar .. it will kill the Ouch from the sunburn.. and as a Bonus you'll smell like a tossed Salad for a hour or two..

Well, that was fun! When the show began, I thought, omg! I just KNEW that mule was going to be buried! It gives me, as a viewer, a good feeling when you meet up with people who are "normal", and these people were as good as you could want. I thank them, for you. Maybe a battery chainsaw? @@bkalldaybkallday8296these rent to own companies target poor, financially illiterate people. There typically is no disclosure of what the interest rate is since it’s not traditional financing. It is predatory lending. It’s similar to a buy here, pay here car lot but worse.

Dude, he really paid for 7 months and the buyout was still 6,900 and the original price was 7,000!!! What a rip off, who was dumb enough to sign those papers, the interest must be nuts!!!

That’s the entire shed rent to own business. It targets poor financially illiterate people. Also there is no “interest” since it’s rent to own requiring the debtor to calculate to calculate the interest rate. It’s predatory lending at best. It’s basically the same as a buy here, pay here car lot but much worse.

I'm going through all your videos. Let me give you a heads up on fighting Hornets, wasps or yellow jackets, USE carburetor cleaner. Use the straw it comes with. When I lived in Mississippi the red/orange wasps which will hit an spin to put that stinger in deep, the carburetor cleaner turns them to glass. It freezes them to the point if they hit concrete, they shatter. They were bad in the south, building a nest even in tailpipes, engines, eat their wat through cracks in the walls of the house an open a kitchen cabinet to get swarmed. 1st day there, 3 stings, an those knock you for a loop. Stiffened my neck, welts that make indiana an Ohios bees feel like a pin prick lol You won't go wrong with carburetor cleaner! For real!

I bought one of these things a 12x16 w loft.. did all the payments close to $7000 total but if i had to do it again i wouldve bought a repo shed.

Diluted 50/50 white vinegar applied with a washcloth and left to dry on the burn will turn the red to brown. Like tanning hide(?)

If you like this video wait until you see a video where the people fight and say "You're not taking my shed 🤬! It's on my property and you are trespassing 🤬! Not remembering that when they signed the agreement to make the payments there is a place they also had to sign that gives permission to allow Josh to retrieve the building if payments are not made 😆. Those are the episodes I like to see.

Next time you get burnt like that put vinegar on cloth and wipe down all burnt areas. It stings like crazy but after 20 minutes you feel better no stingy burn and you can sleep.

From the beautiful Black Hills of S. Dakota, I wold feel better if when you remove those carrier wheels, if you would have something to reach in and pull those wheels out, instead of reaching clear in to get them. You never know when something may go wrong with your hydraulics and cause that shed to come down on your arm. Please do something about that.

I'm in Texas and had never seen one until my neighbors got their shed repo'd. The repo people came out with a setup just like this one. I couldn't believe how fast he got that big shed on the back of his trailer. That's what made me search for this RU-vid channel 😂

These so-called lenders on all RTO items are crooks, that's why there are so many repos. I did reops for rent a center. If you would call it a loan you would be paying 150% interest and you are not allowed to pay it off early.

Make sure you read those contracts. The sell price means nothing when you do a rent-to-own option. Multiply the monthly payment by the number of months on the contract. We bought a building for $11,000. If we had done rent-to-own option for 60 months the building would have cost around $27,000.

Yeah that guy couldn't make monthly payments busted cheap cars in the driveway but yet thought he could swing a few grand and expected it to be less than agreed price after all the late fees and interest.

I watched this week's after you posted so this won't help with this sunburn. Nextime you get a sunburn, use cold compress's of black tea to take the heat out and reduce the damage. It has something to do with the tannins
