I can’t tell you how much I hate farming units on nodes. Drop rates are terrible and it’s so discouraging getting 2 or less a day. Getting units from stores is reliable and often temporary.
You forgot JUGGERNAUT!!!! (Farm him from the Arena Store.) He unlocks Magneto! There are other characters you could also use to get Mags, but Juggs should be one of them since you can then use him right away with Mags on Brotherhood. He's also one of the best standalone tanks. Btw, great video. Loving the new content relevant to early-mid game players. Cheers!
Ive been using this with Phoenix (not Jugg) in arena, and i have no problems winning. Alot of people sleep on that turn1 Mag Disrupt into Mystique ult.. mmmmm
The arena orbs are decent now. I know I keep saying that but you can get t4’s, abc’s and orange gear out of there. I think if you actually looked at what they added to them your opinion might change. I rarely get any king pin shards out of them. Would be better if they just took him out of them of course.
You had purple jizz bottles in the raid store to buy. I get those every time, no matter which store they're in. I 9nly have 3 nodes to farm them on so I need so many since theres so many good bio characters to gear up.

What a bullshit... Why to only focus on characters that unlock legendarys? Did you ever consider players that judge legendary characters as not the only relevant factor in choosing who to level up?
I think i need a new alliance lol. . . anyone have an opening with at least 20 other like minded players? I am competitive in U6D3. . . im able to knock out 8-10 nodes. . .but we have some issues with participation. My tcp is around 1.1 mil but ive got a asgardian team at 160k defenders at 184k guardians (without star lord. . .but he will be my first leg) at 150k and some other synergy teams around 75k. So let me know if anyone has any openings lol. Also im on daily and have been for about 200 days. Thanks everyone! Specialy you ohemgee

Very out of touch from new players still, farm orange gear when new players struggle with purples first 😮 Getting advice from whales on how to farm from the store 😂 I've seen this all now!
He doesn't know anything about early or midgame either he whales past all of the struggle of mid and early game love to see his roster without spending massive amounts of 💰
I probably spend way too much gold in the store. I always need everything. I wouldn't get Advanced Phospates or Advanced Isomers if I didn't buy them in the store. I could literally spend all 500 energy farming the Advanced Phosphates and get 2. I hate how 3 of the nodes are 20 energy a piece. I have all blitz characters max out and stopped by Stryfe when I was 25 away from maxxing him, but I am a milestone player (except during this Covid shutdown I do get to blitz a bit more).
Sure, if that's your top priority. However, if you are limited in how much war currency you have and you need 3 different characters that ONLY show up there randomly (like Sif, Pyro, Mr. Sinister), then you are limiting yourself in how much progress you can make with those more useful toons.
MG, please do a roster review of mcmole next time you collab. It would be great to see his mid game farming direction, plans for dd3, legendary unlock path, early team investments, etc. Also throw some of those superior sigils into my store lol Also, I wouldn't have made Phoenix this time without war purchases of nobu...I've also farmed sif already, and pyro from the store and will be doing sinister too. I also still manage to buy gold gear from the store when I need to. If your going to unlock a legendary 3 months earlier than you would have its definitely worth the currency. At least for Phoenix and BB.
Where’s the 100 for $10 offer? This isn’t available all the time. I buy that offer and it’s gone on one toon. Then it’s gone. What do we do day to day, because farming purple abc gear yields 1 after hitting a node 10 times which is ridiculous.
So why is it that even if I have a 4 star character, with 1 red star and 3 yellow, and I go to the store and buy that characters 3 red star upgrade, why doesn’t it just fill in those yellow stars? Most times it just does one red star, MAYBE 2 but never all 3? Why is this !?
McMole is great for theory crafting, but on this kind of stuff I don’t consider him very good for advice videos like this. He does not play like most players. If you whale like he does you may find his perspective useful, but very few who are going to be watching this video do, so his perspective is pointless to them.
Early players should not buy characters in blitz store especially if they blitz a lot. They should only open orbs else they are missing out on the gold.
For early and mid game players, I suggest they make sure they build to maximize their yield for choke points: gold & ABCs. This means I urge them to care about payday, catalyst of change, and the (3x weekly) gold challenge. (The third will help them with block party too.) If they can get those wheels greased, they will advance faster.
Kingpin orbs aren't terrible to open assuming you don't need any characters out of the Arena store. Good source of ABCs (~20% drop rate in *each* pillar for 5x of them), and orange training modules as well. At some point I'll go back and 7* everyone in the Arena store, but once you've hit 5* on everyone for various event requirements, it can go a long way towards helping gear/train up people as they get into T9+
They should upgrade the amount of cores we get daily from arena. They should give us more rewards for each raid and war we complete. They should give offers that is buyable. They should fix their game. We are beta testers! Btw love ur vids.
Mefatu just stop at 5 stars. That unlocks the legendary and if you find you’re really liking it, you can go all the way. I think when you have all the characters you need for unlocking legendaries at 5 stars, then that would be a good time to switch to orbs.
Question: How do you get your ABCs if you don't buy them from the regular store? It's expensive, but farming them from nodes is also stupid because the drop rates are DUMB. And don't tell us the answer is "spend money" because sometimes we can't do that.
Spending 30 bucks a week for 300 of them of course. OMG is fun, but his advice only applies to whales and krakens. Look around for CC who are more informative for a F2P player
Tommy Liu I never get them from the regular store now but I don’t farm them either. I buy them when they appear in the raid store and after that I rely on purple orbs to get them. Once you’re in a good alliance doing well in raids you start to pick up more of these.
Awesome to see McMole playing MSF! Definitely Love your your ability to theory craft. I quit swgoh a long while ago and honestly the only thing I really miss is MM2’s videos. Lol. Do you have a dedicated Msf channel???
I’ve been playing just over a year, first 6 months I could buy 2 toons a day with arena currency, after that I can just manage to place between 250-150 with my attacks.
