For those curious about the Ultimus store, I touched on this in my last orb opening video, but I think it's probably best to open them as Ultimus orbs to give a wider swathe of orbs if you need to. Only if you're lacking a few characters (which probably isn't the target of this video) should you buy the shards directly. Just my opinions.

While some of the older characters may not have value now for me I would always keep them in the rear view mirror. Simply because you never know if they are going to get a rework, think Cyclops, Vulture and Mysterio of recent, junk just a few patches ago now essential in some aspects of the game. Of course like you say anything is "Subject To Change".

Thank you for the video Boilon! For raid and war store, is buying gear a good choice? or shards always better? Seems slow to only buying gear with gold, especially the unique.

PERSONALLY, I mean if you're not all caught up, I would say shards at least for the priority characters I laid out to 5-star at least. War store is a good source of teal uniques as it sits, but you can't buy this in the raid store. So, a lot of people do buy Teal uniques in War, in raid store I wouldn't spend credits on gear unless you're done with shard stuff. You should try to be in the best raid alliance you can get in to because that's where a good bulk of your daily gear will come from (and events).

Useful, as a returning player from a long break. Had 72k elite credits, pre Quicksilver being added to the store and i think the only char that i did not have max was Agatha and Nemesis. Maxxed Nemesis, but not yet Agatha. Bought Beta Ray Bill and Robbie and IM IW to unlock and quicksilver to 6 stars and now pretty much out of the credits. Not sure when ill have time to go back to leveling up any of those fresh unlocks, right not Gwenom and GGC are my main focuses followed next by getting some mythic chars for dd6(dd7) since i feel like Dorm, Doom, and Kestrel are easy first 3 choices for both those DDs. If i am only buying one character at 750 cost, who would be the one? I do not have Robbie or Bills teams upgraded at all and also do not have Black Cat. I am not doing incursions, because i do not have the resources to upgrade new mystic, tech, and mutant teams to really get past the first incursion raids using the best mystic hodge podge team, Invaders, Rebirth, death seed, and hulkbusters team. Gotta move forward, can't move back, not enough resources. Sorry, probably TMI.

I mean I think Secret Defenders is still something you should be thinking of, they are one of the best swiss army knife teams. Take a look at my infographic from my GGC video, or in my discord which outlines the characters you'll need to unlock Black Cat. I think it's reasonable to 'skip' Beta Ray Bill depending on how far back you are because once you're caught up a new mystic team will be out anyways. Otherwise, feel free to DM me on Discord for a bit more personal advice.

No ultimus store? That’s actually the one i was curious about. I’m not really sure who all is in there now. I know Lizard and that’s who I’m focusing.
