Drakkar is a cologne that had it's heyday in the 1980s.... so many boys wore that cologne. So that was a knock-off of that, and GALENTINE's Day is supposed to be February 13th - Galentine's Day, a nonofficial holiday, is celebrated as a day for "ladies celebrating ladies."

Just a suggestion for the holiday items that you don't keep; you could donate to a local elementary school or nursing home (like holiday cards) for those students or elderly who may not have money for extras. Keep up the amazing finds! I appreciate your videos!!

I was actually a manager at a retail store and not many things got thrown out unless actually damaged or was pulled for recall reasons. In our store it was marked down and not thrown out. Our location was in trouble for not marking enough stock out. Damage and gross returns were marked out but we had very little damaged floor stock and received stock to throw out. It was a fairly affluent area. Our dumpsters were in a locked area as well.

My older sister would love those towels! My parents use them as bibs for her. She is handicapped and is very messy, so they come in handy! Wish we had one of those stores close because I would go look in the dumpster for her! Got alot of goodies❤

I remember dumpster-diving behind a Bed/Bath/Beyond once, came across a box of 4 Yankee candles that had been dropped, the glass was broken around the candles. There was NO WAY I was going walk away from that, Yankee candles are really expensive and smell really good! Looking back, I realize how lucky I was that some a-hole manager didn't hassle me because it was broad daylight when I was doing this!

You could send the cards over seas to the troops...they can send them home to wives and girlfriends

What a great haul . I normally get towels like this for our senior club and one bottle of candy for 3 place , a stuffed bear for second and our first place winner gets a gift card for flowers. Those cupcake holders and picks are for the cupcakes I make all 75 of them

The little bowls are called pudding basins and are typically used for steaming puffins such as steamed golden syrup sponge or steak and kidney porridge. Mine are really old, handed down for my great grandmother and still in regular use especially at Christmas when I make loads of small Christmas puddings.

My husband got me a heavy duty grabber at Loew's. Something like that would extend your reach. BTW: I've been collecting Annalee dolls since 1974. I have about 500 of them. I've found few people are neutral about them. They either love or hate them. Over half of mine are for Christmas. The dolls used to be made and handpainted in New Hampshire. Now they're made in China so I only buy them when they're at final closeout prices.

I would take all those kitchen towels! LOL if they don’t say happy Valentine’s Day then they can be used any day. Also the same thing with the cards some of them can be used for just sending to your husband or wife. I love the cupcake kits some of them don’t say happy Valentines either. Lotta Women are really into just the hearts.

Hey I love that 3d heart shape candy dish. That is pretty, multiple use for that, you can even get a green velvet ribbon 🎀 and hang it on the end and there you go, Christmas candy dish...aaaaawesome!

I am firmly convinced that America's economy runs on retail stores and holiday decorations. In Australia we are very half-hearted with the holidays, I personally hate Christmas, we call this stuff rubbish and no one would like a lot of it. Really excited about those towels. I collect them, mostly from Wal-marts. You can make dogs coats with them and some sherpa fabric. I will be putting up the video on how to do it on my channel soon anyone interested. By this being old posting, Maybe I can get this up and new people coming by can see it. I don't think you all found some at Christmas I would just put some christmas, Valentine's etc together and put it with whatever else I got and they would have different ones just a suggestion.
