I see history repeating itself when it comes to Carter and the girl. Reminds me of a young Rip and Beth.

The spring gather was beautiful. The scenery was amazing. The horses were great. Everyone gathering them up was great to see. That part was shot so well. Tremendous atmosphere.

For a vegan, Summer sure doesn’t know how to peel a potato. 😂

Having been raised on my dad's cattle ranch during the 60s and 70s, this show is as real as it gets. Also, I spent 4 nights with Costner in 2006 on the set of Mr. Brooks. What a great guy he is.

I want to go the same way Emmit did thats the best way to go imo. Sure as hell beats dying from a car accident cause some prick was late for their 8-5 or spending your final days in some hospital bed or old folks home cause of a sickness surrounded by people who you dont even know and could probably care less once you go like yea they might be sad for a moment but,then its like "oh well get the next person in we have an empty bed to fill". Not me, I want 1 last hoorah and actually live before taking the inevitable path of death

I must be the only old fart here. I say that because I remember watching Buck Taylor on Gunsmoke; sure it was a bit part but it was a steady gig and he did the part justice. that scene was so poignant.

im sorry but im really getting tired of Beth.. why does Summer get so much screen time.. Yellowstone was Cosa nostra of the west, SoA on horseback but not anymore.. it has lost something, still my favorite show currently airing but i feel its loosing "it"

Well seasons 5 is as expected fast forward through most of it seeing as they lost Focus on a good series and then managed to stretch out the remainder because there's too many projects going on to focus on a good thing kind of like Kurt Sutter too many things on your plate lose focus on one to focus on another and the quality Slips Away and you can definitely tell that in season 5 it may have caused you a lot of money to make that one show but really the sing-along half an hour show was quite disappointing definitely letting this one slowly slip away series 1 through 4 was pretty good but then I find myself fast forwarding through most of Series 5 because it drags on and on and on and on it's kind of like watching The Lord of the Rings where they just walk and Walk and Walk and Walk really I was a huge fan up until this point there's just nothing appealing about Series 5 really there's a couple of things that are still attention getters but other than that you get two thumbs down from me you go from having exciting action with the thrilling story and then switch to Let's drag this out until people give up well I'm one of them thanks for that what a f****** let down as the directors you would think you would have focus on this and not lose your main goal but obviously that's slip through your hands on this production we're not impressed you should concentrate on one thing at a time instead of multiple projects it shows in the outcome of the show get your f****** s*** together already

Emmet dying like that may be the best scene this season. This show is suppose to be about horses and cowboys. Emmets death might be the most cowboy shit ever to happen on the show. That is a great fucking scene from a great perspective. Emmet helping the Duttons at his age and still riding hard on what might be the last of the Duttons Yellowstone ranch. And the way his wife cowboyed up and fed people and supported the Duttons branding ceremony. I call it a ceremony cause a branding is letting the ranch and cattle know they are one now. They really care and tend to their cattle and horses, as the cattle and horses tend to the Dutton ranch.

I appreciate the writing and the acting on this show, but I have to say, I have no love for the Dutton family. One of the most dysfunctional and evil families on the air.

If you don’t know who Kinky Friedman is you have no business starring in or watching Yellowstone!! Look up “Tails from the Tour Bus” and watch every damn episode!!! It will at least Introduce you to REAL COUNTRY OUTLAWS! Not this made shit y’all watch n or making on Yellowstone
