Thankyou so much for sharing. I see that in a lot of the testimonials people feel they aren't worthy (of happiness, relationships, love, having their voice heard, kindness and receiving)... yet they are beautiful, have money, are successful, follow their passions, have people who love them, etc. This just proves that worthiness is not something we have to be or can find outside of us, but something we just have to see in ourselves. We don't have to become anything or do anything to be worthy because just being alive means you are worthy. You were chosen out of all the infinite souls in the universe to be here on earth at this time in this body and i am so grateful for this body whether its conventionally ugly or beautiful, perfect or imperfect, I am worthy of everything i desire in the entire universe!

Hi Carolina ! 😊 WOW WOW WOW!!! You are truly and sincerely such a beautiful story teller plus teacher all wrapped into 1 👏 You are proof positive in the saying "In every adversity there is a seed of equivalent benefit". Now and today you are worthy plus no pain, no panic attacks, no "what if" and simply you and your son are back to a fun and joyful life which you richly deserve. Thank you for the many lessons you gave us to ponder and follow. My all time favorites are: "DO THE WORK", be "ALL IN", "TRUST THE PROCESS", and "YOU ARE WORTHY". Also, isn't it amazing in the beginning how you heard about Dr. Joe from MULTIPLE sources 😉 and how the quantum field and universe was watching over you!!! This made me realize that I also judge myself against others that people in wheel chairs or people with stage 4 cancer deserve a healing more than I would. It’s not true. Anyone that is out of balance is just as worthy as another to receive a healing because nobody knows what will happen with the person that doesn’t get the healing and then years down the road they may need it worse than the one they gave the token away to. Out of balance is worthy of healing point blank. No comparing people of who needs it more or less. If there’s a need for it, there’s worthiness by the one receiving the coin no matter what. There should be a rule that nobody is allowed to give a healing coin away.

Thank you Carolina. "Don't compare yourself to others" ... can't hear that often enough. Sometimes it is hard if you watch the testimonials about people having experiences so different from what you are experiencing. I will keep that in mind. Thx again!

Hello Carolina! Thank you for sharing your story! You are the first person I have heard say they started to panic during meditation. I used to deal with panic attacks years ago but don't get them anymore. Well, the other day, while doing one of the BOTEC meditations for the first time (I just started meditating daily a couple weeks ago). Then, in the last few minutes of the meditation, I felt something come on in my chest area and I was thinking "Oh my God, is this it?! Is this the Divine showing me the feeling of Love?!" Then within about 1 second my heart started beating HARD and fast, and I, too, was reminded of my old panic attacks. So I tried to say to myself, you are safe, just surrender. But I was too scared and pulled away. It took me about 30 seconds to calm down. I chalked it up to a random panic attack, but that just doesn't make sense. Why on Earth would I go into a panic attack while thinking such beautiful thoughts? I started to search online for similar experiences but wasn't able to find any. You're the first person I heard have that experience. I wonder, now, if that really was the Divine.

@@truenorth111 Hey Kiri! Thanks for your reply. I've had this experience again about a week later and I was able to calm myself down but by that point, I was no longer deep in the meditation I was doing. It's been over 3 months and I haven't had that happen since those two times.
