Gretchen’s Testimonial
For years, Gretchen dealt with the symptoms of limbic brain trauma, manifesting as mold illness and chronic pain. Weightlifting helped her to overcome some symptoms, but meditation was the tool she needed to really overcome her limiting condition. After participating in the Coherence Healing sessions at the Niagara Advanced Retreat, Gretchen was able to wean herself off of some medications, and she suddenly made some huge strides towards reaching her weightlifting goals.
