I am watching this for the first time (as I watch these most days as I heal from breast cancer and a few other blips) and I paused the video when she said this and wrote it down in capitals on 2 pieces of paper (so far). It’s a combination of several of his conferences plus some of his most popular meditations for a very cheap and reasonably price. I started to watch it this morning, after having listened to the first couple chapters of Breaking the Habit. Went to café to continue Becoming Supernatural, and as I'm on the chapter about reconditioning the body to a new mind (near tears in joy at how clear the formula is), I'm in absolute joy, and can't wait to get home to do the breath work of pulling lower three energy centres up. Practiced on my walk home, so excited, I'm in, this is it. Just outside home, and there's a car parked outside, can't see in, but here my name and someone jumps out. My landlady. All I wanted was to get in to practice with as much passion that was in my heart whilst walking. I love this women- she jumps out of her car, screaming my name, and we're in an embrace, so tight, so loving, so wonderful. We're laughing, delirious, I can feel her heartbeat. My housemate had come out in the meantime and I say, "oh pardon us, we're just having a heartgasm." ;) Then she starts talking almost non-sensically...I say something along the lines of "Hey, sounds like you're losing your mind, your unconscious mind, that is." She stares at me, I'm smiling, and say, "so let it go." She says it's all ok, for the moments like this unexpected one where the Universe puts us together, oh what synchronicity. I say, no way honey, this is nothing, I mean wonderful, it's wonderful, but there's more and it's not hocus pocus, there's a formula, there's a way to live that synchronicity (x a million). Forgot that I'd already mentioned Dr. Joe to her last time, so don't I pull out my "Becoming Supernatural?" :) And she was the third person today ;) Didn't have a mystical experience with all the passion that I put into the breathwork- and that's totally ok. I'm happy to be excited, elated, at peace, feeling so very very good knowing that this IS IT, this is the way to freedom, going all the way in. @Laurie Bolton I am so excited for you! I absolutly love the testimonials that really connect with me, and then some connect to other people in my life through me, I feel I am invisioning their future self. I have only started my first meditation a day ago (I kept it simple) and the more i understand through the videos and my thoughs expanding, the more excited I get. Today way such a beautiful day, I literally told my new electric tea pot it was beautiful lol And things happened today, some were challeneges that I was able to over come way easier then before and so many moments of realization. I feel like I am getting closer to it, and a part of the old me is feeling fearful to perhapes be alone in my room if it happens, ive had anxiety most of my life and this is my next challenge to over come which makes me also so excited.
This is extremely helpful to me. I have had this massive sensation of pressure in my head when I am meditating. Sometimes it is so intense that I have to stop my practice. Even when not meditating, as soon as I relax my thoughts there is this tingling pressure at the very top of my head. From listening to Dr Joe's explanation here I think it's the energy from the field entering through my head but my heart is not open enough to receive all the energy being sent out so the energy sort if gets backed up into my brain. Now I know I need to do some more work opening my heart center! I should have known. With crystals I am always drawn to green stones which are for heart healing.I'm going to start doing the blessing the energy centres meditations daily and see what happens. 😊🤗 Thank you 🙏🏽

Hey Shi xxx so glad that you are inspired to attend Dr. Joe's events . If you had asked me even a year ago how I could manage to attend the advanced retreat I would not be able to tell you ... but .. I just kept believing I could and I would picture myself at the event sitting listening to Dr. Joe , and I would feel grateful for it (even tho it had not yet happened) . I truly believe you WILL get to the retreats xxx (who knows maybe we will meet up ) - now that would be a good manifestation to do - lets do it xx ! As regards the kiss and hugs- Dr. Joe (as you can imagine ) is very intuitive and he knew just how terrified I was of speaking to an audience that size and he was supporting me. I have no experience of public speaking , so it wasn't easy. My fear of course was compounded because I did not know I would be brought up on stage until just a minute before! (ha ha I did not even have any shoes on) so I had nothing prepared, I did not know what to say so I just spoke from the heart. Although it was difficult for me it was also transformational too (as in I found my voice) - also so many people spoke to me afterwards to let me know how healing and inspirational it had been for them . So , my discomfort was worthwhile Shi, and it made me realize that no matter how small or how insignificant a person may feel they are - that they are in fact important and have a place in this world and can add to the healing of our world . This to me sounds like a physical remember ence of a past life! There are many case studies on this subject and I believe if we are a spiritual being having a physical experience and you incarnate immediately after a previous life that the spirit energy can transfer some of those physical experiences into the new cells of the new body. It's kind of like twins that are separated at birth yet they choose the very same profession, live in the same states, have the same taste in clothing. When she mentioned the reoccurring dream of standing on the beach with a bunch of other people as though they were waiting for something, along with the intolerance for cold it immediately made me think of the sinking of the Queen Mary. Would you not have the will to come right back if you were in the mitts of loosing a loved one or even worse a child?
Good thoughts. A lot of our body ailments that don't have a simple cause, are from past life experiences. Dolores Cannon with her QHHT, she figured this out before anyone else. At least she really brought it to the public in a way that had never been done.
marwa mursal I read multiple books of his, then took the Online course and progressive course. I also attended a 1 day Becoming Supernatural workshop. My breakthrough happened during the 7 day advanced retreat.
I don't understand im trying so hard to meditate to heal but Im not getting any of these things people in the testimonials are saying what am I doing wrong :(?
I think that would be uncomfortable though to be standing on the stage for such a long time and to have him have his arm on you I mean it's nice that it shows he cares about you but if he's leaning very heavy I don't know how they handle it okay I'm looking at a negative bad me love you all
I was totally and utterly terrified at having to speak in front of a audience . I already had difficulty about "speaking out and having a voice" Dr. Joe sensed that I was having a very difficult time with stage fright and his arm on my shoulder gave me such reassurance - it was never at anytime uncomfortable . It is simply a way of reassuring someone and it feels very normal to me, I am Irish and that is the way we would console / reassure someone who is in distress by putting our arm on their shoulder. I was very grateful for the support at the time.
It seems really sleazy to me that Dispenza is so hands-on with the women, hugging kissing touching hand holding. Joe is not the best looking guy so it seems like he’s getting what he can from his female attendees.
I don't agree. He's hands-on with the men, too. You know he's Italian, right? Italians tend to be very touchy-feely. And frankly, I wouldn't be surprised if women aren't throwing themselves at him, and he has to turn them down. Women tend to crush massively on a guy as smart and caring as him. I believe he has a long time partner.
Absolutely no - The reason why he holds my hand is because I was literally shaking from head to feet with nerves. I had no idea whatsoever that I was going to be brought on stage to speak- it was a shock to me and I have absolutely no experience of speaking in front of an audience and so he sensed that I may not be able to get through it. He kindly held my hand to give me assurance . I have never ever seen Dr. Joe be anything other than total ethical in the way he deals with attendees both male and female - and my husband and I have attended his seminars for a number of years now.
