Two-Part Treble Voices with Piano and Optional Percussion
There are many unique sounds durring a big storm that one never forgets. Storm adds body percussion and drums to realistically depict sounds one might hear while in a storm. The sounds, coupled with the frenetic tempo and text, combine for a "stormy" experience. Singers of all ages will not tire of this song!

Im in a school for the arts but what I dont understand is why they are going so fast? If you look at the time it id 6/8 that means the eighth note gets one beat. A quarter gets 2 beats. Why are they going so fast. Can anyone answer pls

6/8 usually means that the dotted quarter note is the primary beat. That's the case for this piece. I know the way meter signatures are often explained is something like "4/4 = 4 beats per measure, and the quarter note gets the beat," but that isn't accurate for 6/8 in practice. There are 6 eighth notes in each measure, but it's really organized more like 2 beats per measure, each divided into three little eighth-note subdivisions. Two dotted quarter note beats per measure.
