Heavy rains and storms caused extensive flooding and landslides in Italy and Switzerland, with visuals showing entire towns washed away. Seven people died across France, Switzerland, and Italy. In France's Aube region, three people died when a tree crushed their car, and a fourth was critically injured. In Switzerland, four people died, and one is missing, with three killed in a Ticino landslide. Hundreds were evacuated in Valais due to overflowing rivers. All countries are having flooding now! The earth is getting hotter with more floods! Our societies need to start using Tunnel Boring Machines to create pipelines underground to store flooded water in these pipes. Like drains on streets, collecting rainwater! Instead of going into reservoirs, or streams, these pipelines stay underground or redirected to dryer regions like golf courses, toilet water, and agriculture. Can be directed to filtering systems for drinking water! These pipelines will keep the ground cooler wherever they are located.
