The storm roll is one of the traditional greenland rolls. As the name shows it is very good in rough conditions because the movement end up in a brace position. Here you can see the technique above and beneath the surface.
Storm roll, once you get the hang of it, is a fun one for sure. Nice to see one of johan's Rebel kayaks being used in the video as well. I'm looking forward to this summer when our back yard pool rolling sessions are back in full swing next to our paddle shop. Cheers from Joe O' Paddles.
