My mum taught me how to have a completely flat cake and that’s to turn it upside down. If it’s too domed on the top then just slice a little off so that it lays flat once turned over. Absolutely love your videos ❤❤

Try using a damp tea towel. After the cake comes out of the oven place damp towel on top of it until it cools.
