The "boris bike" line refers to a program where people who live in london can essentially borrow bikes from around the city and return them at different places. These are called boris bikes cos the mayor of london who was in power when they became a thing was called boris johnson. The irony is boris johnson does not care about poor people at all, in vossi bop he said "fuck the government and fuck boris"

stormzy set up scholarships for the young black communities, to get them into Uni. there was a big thing with stormzy paying for a lad to go to oxford university, lad got in but couldn't afford the fees. stormzy stepped in, then people were in uproar cus he only did it for black kids. It was sad, cus stormzy comes from a poor-working class area of London + knows how hard the struggle is. He still pushed through and helps communities! he was also a big voice in this freefall tower fires and pushing for those who lost everything, to get the help they need and the results. He's a good egg and has used his notability for good x

He is not claiming to be a King, he is speaking of the burden he has to carry being in his position, like taking care of family and community. Is not a beef.

He set up a scholarship which pays for tuition fees and gives maintenance grant for I think 3 or 4 years but it is for black students only. And he received some back lash for it. Trapping off a Boris bike- Before being the prime minister Boris was the mayor of London and as a huge bicycle rider brought in all these bikes around London that you can short term rent on the spot very cheaply. It was also said to reduce congestion and would be better for the environment. For young teens with no bicycles or money they would rent those Boris bikes and use them to get around to sell drugs (trapping.) I hope I explained that in a way that can be understood ☺️

When he said "Trapping on a Borris bike" he is referring to when the mayor of London Boris Johnson created a pay as you go bike system all over london. Most of the youngers that are selling drugs (trapping) are delivering their product on Boris bikes that have probably been stolen considering you need a debit card and an account to use the bloody things.. English references that most US reactors wouldn't get.
