A year ago your video of fear changed me. I started to travel through south america and 1 year later I am in panama seeing things i never would have ever experienced. Your words moved me and now I am still finding peace watching your videos in another country at this moment. You may hear it alot but honestly you have helped many people.

I love this man he is awesome when you think you can’t keep going on and you turn on one of his videos it pushes you. I started listening in November and I started with the amazing video “run” it showed me that I can push myself to be better, to be more, to be who I was meant to be. I pushed myself so far bc of these video’s that I did just about the best thing I could, I pulled my hamstring and that’s good bc I knew I had a limit just didn’t know where but I found it and worked on it and now I can’t wait to go back to the place where I did it and show that course who’s boss
