So basically in both Books and Tv show, ser Jaime is like the person who's very good and decent but was confused and took rash decisions because of bad habits and influence, in Jaime's case the bad influences were Tywin and Cersie.

Well, I believe so far he is only true lover in GOT. He is totally devoted to her sister Cersei. This relationship can not be accepted but can not judge both.
