Morning Karen. I had a horrendous perm back in the day. I thought I’d be so fashionable but I got a shock every time I caught a glimpse of myself. I remember leaving the hairdresser and getting a bus home and seeing my reflection in the bus window and being very upset. This was a lovely idea for a video, so many great memories. Lovely pictures of your family, the one of your grandson and granddaughter are so sweet. Thanks for sharing.

Hi Karen 👋 Love this idea! It's so good to look back and remember those times. The pic of you near the sycamore tree is lovely, but it's devastating about the tree being cut down. I remember hearing it on the news, so sad. Love the photo of you and Warren parasailing too - you're braver than me, hun! And great unusual find and fab sale too! I loved your memory book that your kids made; you can't beat handmade presents. And those pics of your grand-kids are just adorable. Really enjoyed this, thanks for sharing! xxx 😃

What memories! That was a good choice of subject as it made you look back. When I look back I see a much slimmer version of me! Yes Vegas is quite special. I was there with my daughter aged 17 on a 3 week circular self drive from Los Angeles up the west coast to San Francisco, then to Yosemite, Death Valley, Palm Springs, and including Las Vegas. The Chevolet Le Baron sports car got hijacked in the car park to a lower floor, and then it was exchanged for a saloon to get back to our origin which in comparison drank petrol! That was a holiday with multi events marking it out! Thank you for sharing your memories.

Hi Karen that was a lovely compilation.I can relate to the dreaded perms .what were we thinking of.I love the family photos.our children and grandchildren are our whole world.like you I am so proud of them.

Hi Karen. So many lovely memories. I thought I looked so good with my perm but looking back it was horrendous. I used to love sending my film off to be developed and the excitement of them coming back through the letterbox. Thank you for sharing xx

Hi Karen Wow what some stories. . Gorgeous time in USA. I have never been to New Orleans but have been to Las Vegas and I enjoyed this as I wasn’t there as long as you. That weekend boy is gorgeous. His eyes are like saucers bless him. The wee girl is absolutely gorgeous All the best. Rhian xx

Morning Karen, loved the photos you shared it is lovely looking back on the old photos, like you I am very proud of both my children and grandchildren, my daughter Jane is 56 and my son David, who I live with, is 59 and my grandchildren are both boys Josh is 29 and is a police officer and Elliot is 26 and a manager of several gyms I am very proud of them both.❤️❤️

Hi Karen, how lovely to look back especially at your grandchildren they looked so adorable❤ and I agree sometimes we can look a lot from just one photograph. We went to Vegas for my 60th birthday and your right there is no other place like it and so much to see and of course enjoy! Thanks Karen really enjoyed this one ❤
