sounds like its leaking fuel back into the tank. Like the check valve is missing or stuck open. When that happens it takes multiple attempts to suck in fuel between hits.
richard vaughn yes that's true but in the video he didn't have the needle valve open enough, after I took this video I replaced the intake spring cause it was much too stiff, opened the needle a bit more and ran good after that
