Fabulous! I just watched. Excellent details. I previously did not view this video because I do not use body lock pass because of wrist problems. I use all the details in my butterfly passes as you described, but with my hands tight against their lower ribs and my elbows tight to their hips. I love the detail at the 9 min mark to deal with a particularly sticky hook. Another method I sometimes use too is to single leg sprawl to clear the hook and avoid closed guard.
