If you leave it on the hose long enough not running it fills up the cylinders. I left one on overnight one evening. Took out spark plugs and full of water. Luckily I pickled engine, flushed oil 3x, still runs like a champ 10 years later.
Cool video thanks man ,I believe u can’t have ski off with water on cause it can fill up the cylinders with water and cause hydro lock ..NG . I put this straight pipe set up on my R-12 (non turbo)couple weeks ago it cured the melting elbow issue I can literally grab pipe after riding, and eliminated all that weight created a nice storage area , and increase speed,power win win , it is loud especially slower speeds but sounds great like riding a cbr the sound of limiter is sick , and when u catch that huge air and ya flying sounds mean In air when u have enough air to back off and hear that idle , idles like a race car, also on a 2007 r -12 I was able to remove all the old water tank and exhaust system completely , I get it up to 64 mph with good gas and this mod , suction grate mod possible next , hope this helps someone
