i hope you read this, but DO NOT just push the pedal to the floor. roll into the throttle instead! ram uses the stupid torque management so when you floor it your not actually giving it 100 percent throttle. you will see what i mean. roll into the throttle and you'll notice a big difference. also, couple other things, they derate the power on these trucks until a certain coolant temp, so make sure your warmed up before you start romping on it. also you should allow the truck to do a relearn before you start driving it hard.

You can still do a 2nd gen swap AND keep your exhaust brake with a DPS Turbonator

Coolant bypass on EGR delete will almost always blow off or leak, they make an adapter to hold it in place. My 4th gen had the same issue bro bro

The exhaust brake on 6,7 cummins is the best sounding and best at slowing down even almost to a complete stop than other ones like powerstroke or duramax, try it with the manual downshift buttons it almost sounds like a jake brake when its at higher revs sounds so good

Hey have have your exhaust brake on full not auto and it will do it every time you let go of the gas

My 5th gen does not have that lope at idle. Actually it doesn’t even rumble, it’s just a hiss sound at idle. Is that in your tune?

Something sounds loose on the exhaust. Also need a race me tuner…. If they even still make them. I’m too poor for shit like this but when we deleted dads truck he ended up with a race me tuner and it’s the shit. Full monitor and ability to change tunes on the fly. One of the tunes changes timing to make it sound like a 12v
