Im a big fan of Ministry and have been since the mid 1990's. They had such a unique sound by mixing Metal with techno music. Back 6 were the only main stream band that i knew of who was doing it. Just a killer song across the board.

Definitely worth digging deeper with Ministry - this whole album's stunning and Filthpig + Dark Side are excellent too.

I was into Ministry back in the day They were def a part of that NIN/Manson Industrial vibe that happened in the 90's As a musician (drummer) I can appreciate the song and as a former junkie who did smack for 15 yrs I can def relate If any young musicians out there that think junk is romantic and cool watch the original vid for this song not the live performance on repeat for a day and you'll see what dope is REALLY about...a 100% DEAD END!!!

Another blast from the past! I remember this song well, but I was never really a fan of them otherwise. Back then I also was quite selective (elitist) with bands I listened to.

You know, I’ve been spinning the new Candy album nonstop this year and I was JUST thinking about how much the title track reminds me of Thieves by Ministry then BAM RU-vid gives me this video. Hell yeah! Another great reaction!

Ministry takes on a lot of social issues and that's one reason that I like them. They're somewhere on the edge between rock and metal with a distinct sound.

Ahhh, the that early 90's industrial rock sound. KMFDM are my faves, but loved listening to Ministry/NIN/Prong leading into Gravity Kills/Static-X/Orgy. Always fun to pull out those records. I recently decided to do a Goth EDM style album, so, gonna go pull out all that stuff again and take some notes!

Takin' me back to High School man! Ministry, Tool, Helmet, NIN, Metallica (Black album) White Zombie, Alice in Chains, Quicksand ... I could go on but I'll stop 🤣. What a great couple of years for Alternative Heavy music! 🤘🤘 That whole album, Psalm 69, had me in a trance. 😵‍💫

While Prodigy brought metal riffs to the dancefloors, Ministry brought samples and electronic beats to the metalheads. They were 2 sides of a grimy coin. Ministry are an important part of metal history and responsible for the sound a lot of modern bands have (such as Rob Zombie and Static-X). Ministry defined the sound that became known as industrial metal. Rammstein, Front 242, Skinny Puppy were all a part of the industrial explosion. You will get a kick out of Ministry - Jesus Built My Hotrod
