I have the same Melco setup. But never touched the hat frame. At the time I couldn’t find a step by step. Meaning from the box to the finish product. Yes I found some but none detailed or specific. Mainly they seamed generalized. Or maybe it was just me. Anyway mine is still in the box. 🤣🤫😳😪

Thank you so much for this video! Is there a way you can show us how to load it to embroider on the side? I can’t seem to rotate it far enough on the Melco EMT-16X and I can’t seem to figure it out. 🤔 Thank you!

What type of hat station is that you’re working on? That can rotate 180°. Thanks for the video.

I have a baby lock endurance 11......just wondering how you rotate the hat hoop ....is it an addition to the hat hoop?

It's built into the cap gauge itself

Yes, this technique works with any wide angle cap frame, aka. WACF. That's the same driver I had, when I had my XT
