Hi I am Sam. i use the hoop that you use. But After work, embroidery on side of cap is inclined. I did your way that you gave a tip… how can I do? Please help me ..

What cap setting do you choose on the screen? There’s 4 hat hoop options.

Hi Nicole. If you are using our new SWF ES models, there are four modes like you said. If you use the quick change cap system, use "QC Cap" mode. If you use any other cap hooping device, use "Cap" mode.
