The amount of name retracted references. I love the friendship and raw conversation keep it up guys I followed all of you from name retracted and love what you do
The beachball thing, like most acts of rebellion, the first time has a message behind it, it means something. Then people just start copying the act itself without any meaning behind it, they're just aping rebellion to look cool. Worse still some people just seem to go to events already in the sabotage mindset, cos they've seen rebel crowds on TV and think it's cool to imitate them, only again, this isn't an organic reaction to booking, it's just self-indulgence. Why PAY MONEY just to go and be apathetic and dismissive of the action? Fucking eejuts... (Also I'm with Ross: Paranoid "What?" Heel Stone Cold was my favourite Stone Cold... even if the "What" chants did become Straight To Hell-worthy in years to come.)
Love this series. Sort the audio though, came from your podcast to this and it's a world of difference! Tinny and echoey. Think you need some noise cancelling or something where-ever you're doing this!
One thing about beach balls that bothers me is the inconsistent feeling about em. I was at NXT Takeover Chicago this year and someone brought out a beach ball during the women’s title match and they instantly got booed to shit and there was a “beach balls suck” chant. Then I went to Money in the Bank the very next night and people brought out beach balls during the Roman match and got cheered.
The whole point of the stalker angle was to get Undertakers attention, and to setup a match to make DDP famous! He said exactly that in the reveal promo. You weren't meant to think DDP was actually interested in Sara.
Someone from the *NameRedacted days that's no longer there and does something that looks like it relates to a video game controller? I have a feeling we might be hearing NEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEERRRRRRRRRRRRRDDDDDDDDDDDDDSSSSSSSSSSAHHHHHHHH on Cultaholic soon :D
About the Mexican wave in football, when we do it in Spain it isn't because we are bored. On the contrary, we do it when our team is playing very well and to show how good of a time we are having.
AjaXxXDenia might be how it is in Spain, sadly in the UK it happens because we're bored. I'm surprised it hasn't happened more at Man United this season...
Met Swoggle (after his release) when I was working a show/convention. Surprisingly nice guy, thanked me for having to slog it out working the doors and cracked some jokes. Hate the character, hate the children who came to see him, but the guy himself is perfectly fine by me.
For the judgment one, I don't like that they make angles and choices just for money and business. Like I don't like shyanna or Ronda or the horsewomen tag match, but I understand why it's there.
Ross shouldn't really talk about Kalisto in the present tense. He doesn't watch 205, so the last Kalisto match he watched was probably a year ago. Kalisto has improved a lot in terms of in-ring smoothness, he doesn't botch much these days.
tried to get a job at whatculture, got email that someone will contact me soon. It's been few months :D maybe Cultaholic will ever need someone who can edit some videos on time or have any creative mind that could be of use. Also can clean, tons of experience on that, and of course learning IT by myself maybe that will help. Sounds like a lame joke i know, but the only joke we got here is the economy
I really don’t get where everyone’s head was during that Braun tag story. It wasn’t a mystery partner angle. If you were actually paying attention, the whole point of it was that Braun didn’t want a partner, so of course he wasn’t going to choose someone like Big Show
not just judgemental fans but fans who's beliefs change depending on the person. Cheer one guy who isn't the greatest in the ring and boo someone else for the same reason. Doesn't add up
Ye can tell they missed Kenny and were like ‘lol let’s just catch up why the hell not, what show can we just tell stories on’ Not that I’m complaining, of course
