Never RTV a torque transfer surface. RTV doesn't transmit torque so the studs are side loaded.

I'v got those hubs on my 1970's clark 664 skidder. but the skidder has straight axles. cool video

I know its an old video but are they using the factory 5ton spindles?

Could you do a video explaining how the hub actually works? I don't understand how the power gets transferred from the axle shaft to the wheel hub if the bowl gear is not anchored to the hub. Seems like with the bowll gear able to spin freely it would just do exactly that
