It seems that it's easier to straighten 4a-c hair! It's less curls and the more curls you have it takes longer to straighten it. You did a few passes and it was super straight when you were blowing it out! Love your hair color...

Your hair looks beautiful. I'm not sure who first came up with the chase method. But it's genius. I have flat ironed my hair since 2016. I lived in Florida back then and the heat and humidity is no joke. Lol. But I really like how your hair turned out.

You should invest in a Revlon One-Step hairdryer and volumizer Hot air brush ! ( the one with the brush all around) I have really thick and medium length 4b-4c hair and I’ve always struggled with getting my hair straight without it puffy or hurting because I am tender headed. I got one as a gift and I was nervous for my hair texture but it literally got my hair bone straight in like 30 mins! Which is such a cut time from the 2 hours it usually takes me with a pattle brush and NO PAIN

Thanks for sharing Jaleesa. Your hair looks great and healthy. I did the same thing to mine last week. And it looked full, had lots of body and the ends looks nice. When I trimmed it it brought it to life A LOT! Our hair looks the same when flatironed! My only issue when I wear my hair down is I can feel it snag sometimes across my back and sometimes feel it; thats how us women have a hard time retaining the length. I am growing it so once it gets to my mid back it should be less snagging. Its about 2 to 3 inches longer than yours I believe. Do you or anyone ever has that problem? I oil my ends to help with that but it still happens. Blessings~

You tend to claim looser texture than what your hair actually is. Your hair is definitely a solid, gorgeous 4C with some 4B. I don’t see any 4A. Gorgeous results, looks like a salon silk press

well actually I believe and see that she has 4a/4b.. my hairdresser told me too that I'm having the same 4a/4b, in my opinion I have thicker and solid hair.. to notice is when you are washing your hair, and putting conditioner in your hair. then you see what kinda curl pattern your hair has in potential. in drier state it's of course different.

@@Bunhun2 Look up videos of people with 4A hair. Her hair is not 4A at all. Like I stated, she has a tendency to describe her texture as more loose than it actually is. In an older video she said she had “3B” hair.
