Strange Sound on Trail Camera 

Very interesting. Sounds too close to the camera to be wood knocks. Sounds like it hits the camera. Maybe a leaf or twig fell from the treetop and hit the camera. Great little video. Thanks for sharing.

it sounds like someone messing with the camera while they're walking on leafs. it's kinda creepy.

Probably raccoons sniffing the camera and making rustling noise in the leaves. And bugs might fly into the camera.

My guess would be raccoons climbing up or down the tree. One bumped the camera just a bit by the mic.

Most definitely a raccoon or deer checking your camera out. Pretty confidentiality can say not a tree knock. Never stop believing! They are real! Much love.

Set the camera up again, and go around behind and smack the tree with a branch for comparison. There are bugs that make noises that could be sitting on the mic. It could be something falling and hitting the housing, sounding louder than it was. If you believe the lore, and going by my single experience, wood knocks are a territorial sign and repeat for long periods. The intention seems to be to provoke or signal dominance over earshot. One knock, maybe two if the first tripped the camera... that doesn't track with Bf lore, but it could be almost anything reacting to the camera itself, a deer, a bear, anything which could bang on the housing. Go back there and set it up again and bang on the tree or a neighboring tree. Compare.

That's odd, right before the "knock" or tree branch hitting camera, there is a haze and when it clears up, that's when you hear it. It's the haze that is creepy 😳

The picture goes from hazy to clear right as the schurknock happens, could it be the mechanical sound of the lens adjusting or similar?

Branches do break. Could be that's what set off the camera to begin with. As for the leaves, lots of critters live in the woods.

It is not a knocking sound but rather the sound of your camera taking a picture or rather a still photo.

Sounds like something is throwing stones at the camera, or at least in the direction of it. Very strange, and scary. Could it be a Sasquatch?? ... perhaps telling you to go, as you're in their territory?? Knowing some 'creature' can see you in the pitch black, but you can't see them is extremely unsettling. If it wasn't a Sasquatch, then what was it? You're in the woods in the middle of of the night, far from a road. I seriously doubt another human would just 'happen' to be in the exact same area at the same time. Besides they would call out 'hello, who's there?' ....this is really creepy footage.

Strange . I had something similar happen with one of my trail cameras . About 8 minutes after setting up my trail camera and having left the scene,a video was recorded of nothing but a sound like the camera being messed with but the camera did not move a bit

I know you can't hear anything walking in the leaves except when the knock happens you hear something falls in the leaves very interesting exactly to watch somebody else, commented

Don't forget to subscribe i get it. You want to hear some sounds in the woods, come to this rainforest I live in here in Oregon. We don't even go outside as the sun is going down.. There's something in these woods.. We have bars on this cabin, and know this thing smells like a road kill Skunk. I was hoping you had the sounds we have here at 3am every morning. Its a evil sound and we don't even tell people anymore. Enjoy what you do and keep blessed. Just know they know we are here, and we have missing people here. The missing 411 knows what's out there, you have to become missing to know the true story just don't go out at dark..

It sounded like a shutter sound like as if it was operating the camera in some way 😦 either way it's spooky as I do believe ghost can go into the elementals of thing's and make something happen.
