@@stephenhoward2245 I remember reading this on a tombstone: Remember me as you pass by-- As you are now--- so once was I. As I am now--- soon you shall be-- So prepare for death-- And follow me.
❤❤❤ As a wheelchair user I was especially touched by the grave marker of the little boy rising from his wheelchair towards Heaven. I eagerly await my Heavenly journey. Also I love the jacket. Tomorrow Halloween 🦇 I'm going to be a skeleton.
Ah, Ms.DeBorah..would you care for a bit of companionship as it were, on your journey home? I too am in a wheelchair (not "limited to" but, temporarily borrowing one") until I get back home to my children, my parents, my devoted feline, grrr and my precious Lord God. Either way DeBorah, be safe and travel with peace, love and purpose....
There are 3 sayings associated with fear of being buried alive: 1. The Graveyard Shift- named after the job of walking the cemetery at night to hear the sound of the ringing bells 2. a Dead Ringer 3. Saved by the Bell

Thank you for mentioning Eugene!!!! His story is fascinating to me. I grew up 15 miles from his final resting place. The family who cared for his body hoped so much they would find his family. They are a good family, and it was well meaning on their part. The Littleton family are just good people. I really enjoy your stories and your channel.
@@BudTCatso a regional variant from the usual pronunciation. Laid out, and named for William Sabin in 1830. Was the founder's name pronounced the same?
Wow...in the section on Agnes Paulson we get to hear legendary voice artist Paul Frees utter the words "To find...a way out!" (50:54) Jeez, after all these years of hearing his voice on records, TV and radio, plus in movies and RU-vid videos, we can't get away from ol' Paul... Thanks Arthur! Awesome video!
Arthur, your channel is the most fascinating and your content is beyond superb. My grandfather used to take me through graveyards and cemeteries in Minnesota when I was a child. He owned a monument company and would glean creative ideas. I've NEVER been afraid to be in one, day or night and the respect with which you introduce fascinating facts of the dearly departed blow my mind. Thank you. 😊
I am related to Georgie Molchan. I was so honored you pronounced his name the way we slovaks do. He is buried in the same cemetery as my mom and dad, grandma and grandpa, aunt and uncle, along with many other friends and family. During his life I was proud to call him ours. He had a sister who was the spitting image of him. Georgie never married.
Thank you for showing my footage of Grayfriers Bobby in my native city of Edinburgh, I will do a few more in the future from Scotland, i thank you for sharing the footage in your magical, educational and respective way !! Garry Wilson.
As usual, Arthur brings us the stories of the graves and the unusual things in the graveyards thenselves. Thanks for this interesting look at the dead. Now I can't wait to see what Volume 3 will look like! Thanks, Arthur.

My favourite piece of music The Danse Macabre by Saint-Saens. It's got me paying attention straight away. I was 11 when I first danced a circassian circle to it, dressed as a little devil in a red leotard and red ribbed tights, on stage in Junior School! Thanks for the memories, Arthur and Giuseppe 😊😊
Mister Dark! I’ve waited 2 yrs from your last Strange and Unusual and it was totally worth the wait! By your chapters I enjoyed how you took us to those who were not allowed to Rest with the Journey they went through to be laid in Peace. How far you took us to Space to Under the Sea to the Antarctica for those who chose to be buried in a Unusual way. How interesting it was to see other Cultures of Burial to the Cute Doll Houses to comfort those who mourned. How fun the Food and Snacks especially the Chocolate we’ve enjoyed and those who were responsible for such yummy essentials. The scene of you eating Ghirardelli’s Chocolate always cracks me up! The humor of Epitaphs to the divided scattered Ashes was Amusing. How touching was the stories of the couples with their undying Love, a Wall nor Religion could separate them. The links ones made for fear of being buried alive was understandable for it is true it’s happened! The catacombs of designed dead bones gave me chills! It Warmed my heart of Bobby the Dogs Love and Loyalty. Sad to see the Hardy Tree had succumbed but alas not alone with all the headstones around. Thanks Mister Dark your Neighborhood was Spooky and Fascinating to visit. So looking forward to what you will dig up for Volume III. Til the Next Chapters -Thank you Arthur Keep them Coming! Loved it! 🖤😳💁♀️
I always find myself waiting intently for a new Hollywood Graveyard to come out. It's amazing to learn new things after the celebrities pass away. Both of the classic and modern days
when i was little i had a nightmare where me and my mum were walking past the cemetery where we used to live next too ,in the dream horrible dolls were clawing to get out with big red lips and long fingers heck i never wanted a doll after that x

I’ve seen Mercy Brown mentioned in another video but, as a native of Rhode Island, thank you for including her in this episode. It’s heartbreaking to hear about graves being desecrated for any reason, including superstitious fear. Many of these poor people suffered enough in life, they should be allowed to rest in peace! 😢
This has been the first time I have watched this creators content and I would thoroughly recommend, absolutely worth the watch, facinating, tragic, scary, sad and at moments quite funny....I look forward to watching more from this creator! 😂 😢 😮 😊
Arthur, you DID IT AGAIN!!!! Your CONTENT IS INCREDIBLE, IF NOT QUITE SAD AT TIMES, BUT NEVERTHELESS, NAIL BITING!!!! Thank-You for ALL of your HARD WORK!!!!

It was so nice of you to acknowledge the new gravestone at the Keller family memorial . Another great youtuber favorite of mine and I have watched from his beginning is RON FROM FACES OF THE FORGOTTEN yt page. All the money he collects , he graciously donates to a gravesite that has no grave marker in place or the grave marker has been vandalized . Ron is a real good guy to do this so that no one is ever forgotten, even after death.. he is the best storyteller out here and an overall good man who truly respects the dead and visits many cemeteries and mausoleums !!! I truly respect this man and thank him for sharing in real life my love of old gravestones and people who once lived. His style is quite unique and unlike yours Arthur but both of you share the love of storytelling and respect of the dead . Thank you for n mentioning the new gravestone for Verana Keller ..all paid for by Ron Carlson and Faces of the Forgotten followers !! Super proud to be part of his group and yours too ❤
Oh Arthur! I had no idea you had started this, and have just sat enthralled for the past hour taking it all in! It’s absolutely wonderful and really commendable from start to finish! I love your Victorian sitting room and all the things in it…( did think the glass in the door would have been stained, but a minor detail when you see everything else!) Also didn’t know you played piano which was another lovely surprise! 👏🏻So much research and trailing all over to find such fascinating tales, gravesites, stories etc, and as you have always been, a great story teller! I’m really thrilled with this, and must go and find episode number one asap! Huge grateful thanks Arthur….you brink us “spooky folk” so much Pleasure. I do hope more people get to see this or they are missing out big time! Very best wishes from U.K.🙋♀️👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻😘🥰🦉🦋🙏
I sat down to see this episode and could swear it lasted minutes no an hour as it did. Time flies when watching such an interesting episode. Again Mr. Dark, you have out done yourself!!! Thank you ever so much and happy Halloween!!!
You have done so many great videos Arthur. All great ones. This has to be one of the best ones. I’ve been following your videos since day 1. I have enjoyed each and every one. Thank you so much for the effort that you have put into these. You are truly one of a kind. I hope other people enjoy these as much as I have ❤️🙏
Absolutely love your GY tour videos. My dad passed away in 2017 and he liked visiting old historical figures’ grave sites. Your videos he would have liked, but it also gives me a sense of him sitting with me while watching it. I just had to add another thing to my bucket list, visit more graveyards.
Thank you so much Arthur for another great video! You have to be a sick individual to steal another person's corpse. Your videos never fail to impress me.
I'm glad this was what I decided to watch when it turned Midnight! Always a great job. Plus I like the Goth Mister Rodgers. I grew up in Pittsburgh and met him a bunch of times. I'm also glad Serenity Sue got a shout out! Happy Halloween my friend! Thanks for always being there when we need you...and everyone else involved as well!
I knew that 55:55 looked familiar right away. I've visited the cemetery Guilietta Buccola is buried in on many occasions over the years. It is the same resting place to Al Capone, and several Chicago Italian mobsters.
Bravo, Arthur! An absolutely delightful video. I've been watching your videos since you started this channel a half dozen (or so) years ago. Thanks so much!
Awesome “Strange and Unusual” video, as always! Also, as one of your subs from the Philippines, thank you for featuring the mountainside coffins of Sagada, really appreciated it.
I love these extended videos!! I watched the Nosferatu video too; loved it too!! I get all excited when I get to see a new video. Thank you for all your hard work putting these videos together.
Another brilliant episode Arthur .... some really creeeeeepy tales and also some very intering ones too aswell as some sad ones especially the little children ones .... keep um coming Arthur.....
Interesting excerpt about "Eugene the Mummy". There was a very similar story about a corpse that was known as "Stoneman Willie" in Reading PA . It was over 100 years he laid in a funeral home, mummified. He was finally laid to rest just a few weeks ago.
I just happened upon your channel... within moments I liked and subscribed ❤❤❤ I find cemetery walks comforting, peaceful, and a wealth of history. Thank you, my new friend ❤❤❤
That was always my favorite part of Mr. Roger’s, when he changed his jacket into a cardigan and then his shoes 😂!! I love how you did that truly!! I love this channel soooo much because I’m one of those people who for some unknown reason never forgets any actor or actress or performer for that matter!! I’m full of what some may call useless information!!! 😂🤣🥰
Absolutely a mind blowing experience Arthur. Absolutely perfection and beautifully executed and you found and used every component into this masterpiece with heartbreak, heartwarming, bizarre and mysterious moments. Thank you for sharing this masterpiece with all of your fans. Happy Halloween to everyone 🎃🎃🎃
Oh my gosh Arthur...this is simply fabulous!!! the best Hallowe'en surprise ever from you....what a great man you are!!! I always love a pre-spooky moment on the eve of Halloween!!!!
Thank you Mr. Dark. Such a great piece of work to entertain us with. I cant wait for your next production of Strange and Unusual, or your next Hollywood Graveyard, or your next quirky sometimes off the wall videos. Bravo and thank you again Mr Dark 👏 👏 👏
