3:20 is Valco Mall in Cupertino CA. Childhood mall. That whole side and the bridge were demolished in Nov 2019. Only Benihana, a Chinese restaurant and ice skating rink left, on the other side of the road. I sat in this little nook on one of my mall walks once while it rained outside.. you could literally hear your own footsteps, no music even in background. Some old empty buildings remain and I visit sometimes and it haunts me still. There was a long period of the mall dying off since the 2000s and mostly dead by mid/late 2000s. It tried one more time with food court and AMC but lasted only about 3 years. It was great in the late 90s and I heard back in the 70s/80s.

I really love the choice of music in the background, they are all... Strangely fitting and... Strangely Familiar.

The thought of wandering through an empty town or mall alone gets me both excited and terrified at the same time.

Out of every channel I see make this content, this one is by far the best. All the music works so well, and some of those images (especially in the earlier videos) really got to me. I've been coming back for well over a year. This channel introduced me to liminal space among other strange things, and I'd even go as far as to say that it indirectly lead me to where I am today.

1:02 I swear I have been there. the exact floor design, the walls and the ceiling.. it was also really big so it looked endless but ofc it wasn’t endless. Also it was not that empty, I remember a few tables and chairs white in colour.
